Research and Development
Senior Research Associate-Biocompatibility
Candidate will be responsible for carrying out both lab- and non-lab-based activities to support various ongoing research programs at the company, from medical device to consumer product development. Some supervision of interns and junior personnel required. A broad skill set, from material synthesis and characterization as well as basic device design through benchtop assessment will be required.

Manufacturing
Manufacturing Technician
We are seeking someone to perform routine manufacturing and laboratory tasks in a GMP/GLP environment. Candidate will train on various work instructions and perform the tasks following Good Manufacturing and Laboratory practices. Tasks will be performed both inside and outside of a cleanroom environment.
Manufacturing Engineer
We are seeking a multi-disciplined engineer with an interest in automated equipment as it is applied to the field of biomedical devices, in particular, the electrospinning of medical devices. The candidate will be interested in the synergistic integration of mechanics, electronics, fluidics and real-time control theory.
Internships
Summer College Internship Program
The Thomas A. Bannon summer college internship program is designed for college students who have at least completed their third year of college and are looking to gain laboratory research experience. Students must be either residents of Massachusetts, attending a Massachusetts University/College, or recently completed a 4 year program to be considered for this internship. Students applying for this internship, which is 8-12 weeks in duration and includes a stipend, must be majoring in the physical or biological science, have a passion for learning and bring a strong work ethic.
High School Internship Program
This internship program is designed for high school students that are interested in gaining some laboratory research experience while also assisting the company with various operational tasks. Students must be residents of Massachusetts and attending a Massachusetts high school to be considered for this internship. Students applying for this internship, which is part-time, has the option to run for up to a year in duration and includes a stipend, must have a strong interest in physical or biological sciences, have a passion for learning and bring a strong work ethic.
